Our Experience

Austria's Highest Ski Resort

Here we explore a popular summer and winter destination of Austria - the Ötztal region. In summers popular for the numerous hiking trails around, and in winters for ski we go around and share our experience of what all you can do here in this region. We keep our base as Oetz and explore the ski region of Oetz where we also experience Ski, that you will see in the following episode, and also, we make a quick visit to the neighbouring Kühtai region, which is also Austria's highest ski resort. Come along and join us on this weekend getaway to a perfect winter wonderland of Europe.

Our Ski Adventure in the highest ski region of Austria!

Here we are exploring the highest ski region of Austria and in this episode we share our experience and our adventure of skiing in Hochoetz. Since we are beginners and had already done some ski classes at the start of this year, we did not enrol for any additional classes in this resort as wanted to explore the slopes on our own, at our own pace, from the learning from our last ski classes. Little did we know that this resort is a complex network of slopes, so much so that it confused us to such an extent that we on one day took a red slope with no looking back. In the end, it was mix of scare, fun and a lot of adrenaline rush. To calm ourselves we took lunch at the awesomely beautiful panoramic restaurant on both the days enjoying spectacular view of the alps from there. So come along, and join us in this one crazy decent on the blue slopes. If you are a beginner, you will certainly share a few feeling with us.
